To create a new Pet Portal account, we need to have your email on file. Once we have entered it into our system, you will receive an email within 24 hours to activate your account. In the email, there will be a link to activate your account. You must use this link within 7 days. This will take you to a page that requests you to set up a password for your account. Once that is done, you will be directed to your Pet Portal Home page.
If you do not receive your initial activation email click here and click “Activate Now”. The system will ask to search for your email, and once it is found, it will resend an email for you to reset your password.
To access your Pet Portal at any time, go to our home page, click on the Pet Portal button, and log in with your email and password.
