Ross H. - Office Manager
Ross is a Littlestown native who worked with us as a receptionist while he was a student. Ross graduated from Penn State University in 2014 with a B.A. in History. He has moved back to the area and rejoined our staff as Office Manager. Ross enjoys reading, watching Penn State football, BJJ, and spoiling Sapphire the office kitty! He also has two cats. Ross is a Fear Free certified professional.

Christiana (AKA Bob) is a 2016 graduate of Wilson College and an avid lover of all creatures great and small. She loves spending time with her Border Collie, Dalien, and working with the horses at her significant other's farm, especially Smokey the Appaloosa! She is an artist, dancer, choreographer, sewist, and nerd, and in her spare time enjoys re-creating history as a reenactor of multiple eras. Christiana is a Fear Free certified professional.

Jess is a lover of all animals, especially her pug, Midnight, her pit bull, Charms, her cat, Daisy, and her turtle, Mango! She loves to spend time with her friends and family. Faith has been working with animals for over 12 years, starting out breeding and foaling Thoroughbreds. She has three horses, Toby, Rozie, and Norty, and two dogs, Loki and Benelli. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family. Faith is a Fear Free certified professional.
Cathryn C.
Cathryn loves all creatures great and small and has had the pleasure of working closely with animals and the people who love and care for them since 2005. Cathryn is a part-time member of our reception team - you'll often see her up front with her little sidekick (and our other part-time receptionist), Queso the Chihuahua. When she's off work, she enjoys spending time with her family and, of course, her menagerie of cute and furry critters! Originally from Frederick, MD, Cathryn and her wife now live in Waynesboro with a Whippet, two miniature Dachshunds, a Chihuahua, three cats, a couple of sweet and sassy guinea pigs, and a couple of mild-mannered Syrian hamsters. Cathryn is working towards her certification as a Fear Free certified professional.
Heather A.
Heather has always loved animals, with a passion for Rottweilers in particular. She enjoys training her dog Cannon in several working dog disciplines such as Obedience, Herding, and Carting. She and her husband AJ live with one dog and two cats. Heather loves travel and fitness. She is an avid New England Patriots fan and loves going to games in Foxboro, Massachusetts with her husband.
